How do I create an account?
Tap "Create Account" on the login screen, fill in your name, email, phone, and a password. Tap "Create Account" and you're in.

How do I book a professional?
Browse by category, select a professional, tap "Book Now," choose a date and time, then tap "Send Request." The professional will accept or decline, and you will be notified.

How does pricing work?
Each professional sets an hourly rate, shown before you book. The price you see already includes the 10% platform fee — nothing is added. You pay in advance; the final amount is based on the actual session time (any part of a minute counts as a full minute, minimum 15 minutes), and any unused amount is refunded.
يحدد كل مهني سعره للساعة، ويظهر لك قبل الحجز. السعر المعروض يشمل عمولة المنصة (١٠٪) ولا يُضاف إليه شيء. تدفع مقدماً، ويُحتسب المبلغ النهائي حسب مدة الجلسة الفعلية (يُقرَّب أي جزء من الدقيقة إلى دقيقة كاملة، بحد أدنى ١٥ دقيقة)، ويُعاد إليك أي مبلغ زائد.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel a booking from "My Bookings" any time before the session starts and receive a full refund. After the session starts, the booking cannot be cancelled; time stops counting when the session ends. If there is a problem, open a dispute in the app before confirming the work is done. نعم. يمكنك إلغاء الحجز من شاشة "حجوزاتي" في أي وقت قبل بدء الجلسة واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً. بعد بدء الجلسة لا يمكن إلغاء الحجز، ويتوقف احتساب الوقت عند إنهاء الجلسة. وإذا واجهت مشكلة، افتح نزاعاً من داخل التطبيق قبل تأكيد إتمام العمل. راجع سياسة الاسترداد.
